Cloud Storage keeps an encrypted copy of your meetings so you can open them from any browser. Available on every plan, Free included, as a separate monthly add-on. Your meetings are still saved on your computer as usual.

Prices are in US dollars, before any tax. You can move to a bigger or smaller tier at any time.
What it stores
- Transcripts
- Notes and summaries
- Audio recordings
- Video recordings, if you choose to upload them (they count toward your storage)
Private to you: there are no share links. Stored in the EU.
Encryption and your recovery key
- When you turn on Cloud Storage, the app gives you a recovery key. Save it somewhere safe, such as a password manager.
- The app encrypts each file on your computer before it uploads. Only encrypted data leaves your computer.
- In the web dashboard, your browser unlocks your files with your recovery key. The key never comes to us.
The web dashboard
A web dashboard to view, search, play audio and video, download and delete your meetings. Open it from your account page.
Storage limits
Everything you upload counts toward your tier, video included. When you reach your limit, new uploads pause until you delete something or move to a bigger tier. Nothing already stored is removed.
Cancelling
Cancel the add-on at any time from your account page. Your files then become read-only and stay downloadable for 30 days, then they are deleted. Your plan is not affected.
