Recording video

Video is off by default, because the notes only need the audio. Turn on Record video of the meeting in Settings > Recording to also save a video of the meeting window (faces and shared screens) next to the audio.

• Automatic recordings capture only the meeting window. Other apps and notifications are not in the picture, even when they overlap it.
• Recordings you start yourself capture your main screen, minus the recorder's own windows.
• The video is saved as video.mp4 in the meeting folder and is never sent to the AI.
• Video files are large, about 1 GB an hour. Video quality (1080p or 720p) and Video frame rate (15 or 30 frames a second) are under Advanced.
• Meetings recorded without video have no Open video button.

• Video is not being recorded for this call. Audio is recording as normal.
• Video paused: meeting window hidden: the meeting window was minimised or hidden.
• Not enough free space for video. Audio is recording as normal.
• Saving video... after the call, while the file is finished.
