You get Pro Converser free for 1 month (30 days), on monthly or yearly billing. A card is required. We email you 7 days and 3 days before the trial ends. When the trial ends your card is charged the Pro Converser price ($18 a month or $174 a year, + tax where applicable) unless you switch down to Premium ($14 a month) or cancel before then, both in one click from your account. If you cancel during the trial you pay nothing. There is one trial per person. If you cancel, your plan goes back to Free and your recordings stay on your computer.
No. AI transcription and summaries are included in your plan, so there are no API keys to buy or manage. Bringing your own key is a separate option that is coming soon.

A finished recording at least 2 minutes long. Shorter test recordings do not count. The Free plan includes 3 meetings a calendar month (UTC).
No cap on the number of meetings. Premium and Pro Converser are subject to a published fair-use policy that never blocks you: recording, transcription and summaries keep working.
Premium gives you unlimited meetings: you press Start and Stop yourself, and you can try Questions as you go in 1 meeting a month. Pro Converser adds Questions as you go in every meeting and automatic meeting detection, which starts and stops recording for you, and allows 3 devices instead of 2. You can move between them at any time from your account; upgrades are prorated.
Yes. Transcript Audio is sold worldwide, priced in US dollars. Your bank may show the amount in your own currency.
Prices are shown before tax (+ tax where applicable). Harvie Software Solutions Ltd is not VAT registered yet and does not add tax at the moment, so today the price you see is the price you pay. If that changes, any VAT, GST or sales tax will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Teams is coming soon: everything in Pro Converser, with admin controls, single sign-on, shared templates and a signed data processing agreement, at $25 per seat a month (minimum 3 seats). Join the list and we will let you know when it is ready.
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account page or the app whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to Free.
