Create an account and sign in

Transcript Audio needs a free account. Your recordings, transcripts and notes stay on your computer: the account is for your plan, the computers you use and, if you use it, Transcript Audio cloud.

Sign in from the app

1. In the setup guide, or in Settings > Account, click Create account or sign in (or Sign in).
2. Your browser opens. Sign in with email, Google, Apple, Microsoft or GitHub.
3. When you are done, the browser hands you back to the app, which shows Signed in as and your email.

If the browser did not open, click Open the browser again. While you sign in, the app says Finish signing in in your browser. This window updates when you are done.

Signing in with an email link

Choose Email me a sign-in link and open the email on the same computer. There is no password. Each link works once and only for 15 minutes. Can't see it? Check your spam or junk folder.

Your account on the website

Sign in at transcript.audio/login to see your plan, usage, signed-in computers and billing on your account page. Signing in for the first time creates your free account.
