Details to capture
Tell the AI which details to listen for in every meeting. The notes list what was heard, with the words it came from, and what was missed.

The AI looks for these details in every meeting. The meeting record shows each one in a table with the words it came from, and lists any it did not hear under Not captured, so you know what to follow up.
Your template brings its own details. Add your own in Settings > Details to capture:
- Name of the detail, for example "Date of birth" (under 60 characters).
- What should the AI listen for?, for example "As it is said, full date if given" (under 200 characters).
- Only if someone says it (never guess): leave on for anything that must be stated.
- Add a detail, Move up, Move down and Remove (with Undo). Up to 40 details.
Each captured detail is marked as stated, inferred or not mentioned. "Inferred" details are the AI's reading, not what was said, so check them.
