Notes and outputs
Each meeting is saved as ordinary files in its own folder. How folders are named, templates, details to capture, naming speakers and the export formats.
- What's in a meeting folderEvery meeting gets its own folder of ordinary files on your computer, by default in Documents/Transcript Audio: meeting record, transcript, audio and more.
- The Recent meetings windowThe Recent meetings window lists your meetings with status badges. Open notes, try again, name people, re-generate notes, export or delete a meeting.
- Folder names and timestampsHow meeting folders are named: by the AI after the notes are written, or by your own pattern with title, contact, date, time and app.
- Templates and layoutsTemplates decide what the notes contain: the sections, details captured and speaker labels. Pick one, let the calendar suggest one, or write your own.
- Details to captureTell the AI which details to listen for in every meeting. The notes list what was heard, with the words it came from, and what was missed.
- Naming speakersGive each speaker a name during the call or afterwards, merge duplicates, fix a line credited to the wrong person and see talk time.
- Re-generate notesWrite a meeting's notes again with another template, or try again after a failure. The recording is always kept, so nothing is lost while you do.
- Export formatsChoose Markdown or Word notes, save JSON, plain text, VTT and SRT captions and a CSV of actions next to them, and make them again for older meetings.
