Free questions
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. Download the app, sign in and start recording. No card is needed and Free never expires.
What counts as a meeting?
A finished recording at least 2 minutes long; shorter test recordings do not count. Free includes 3 meetings a month, counted per calendar month (UTC), so the allowance starts again on the 1st.
Does Free record meetings automatically?
Yes. On every plan, Free included, the app notices when a Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Slack call starts, starts recording after a short countdown and stops when the call ends.
How do I move to a paid plan?
Choose Plus or a higher plan from the pricing page or the app, any time. Your recordings stay where they are. Try Plus free for 3 meetings, card required.
